Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. If you would like to cancel an order after it's placed, you may request a cancellation by emailing contact@iacactivelyfe.com. We will do our best to accommodate but no guarantees can be made.

We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

Shipping time varies based on the shipping method at checkout. We currently offer USPS First Class, with  all orders being shipped from Phoenix, Arizona.

Missing Package

Please be advised that once an order is received by USPS, UPS or DHL, we are no longer in control of your order and are unable to give you information other than what shows on your order's tracking page. If a package is lost during shipment, we strongly advise contacting USPS, UPS or DHL and file a claim if needed. We unfortunately are not responsible for refunding orders that are lost by USPS, UPS or DHL.
